Job Description:
Everware-CBDI is currently seeking individuals experienced with CA Gen
(a.k.a. IEF, Composer, COOL:Gen, Advantage Gen, All Fusion Gen) for
both short term and career opportunities. We have immediate
needs in the Washington, DC area. These positions range from
Gen production application enhancements to full-scale modernization
efforts employing Model Driven Architecture (MDA) and Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) best practices. Primary skills sought
include requirements analysis and modeling; action diagramming; GUI
development; web development; code generation; deployment; encyclopedia
management and sub-setting; transaction enabler installation,
configuration and monitoring; testing; database conversions, and
upgrading to current CA Gen releases.
Everware-CBDI is a leading innovator in SOA methodology and best
practices. Other desired experience includes legacy
modernization, transition planning, and experience with Java
technologies, .Net, XML, MDA, or AJAX a plus. Experience in
component-based development (CBD) or SOA technologies a plus.
Some of these positions offer long-term stability while others provide
a variety of customer assignments and locations. Most
positions require U.S. citizenship and all require Permanent Resident
status as a minimum work authorization.
